Companies in Switzerland with the most cash
Cash and cash equivalents is money available immediately at the balance-sheet date. It excludes short-term investments, which many large companies hold far more of. Figures are for fiscal year 2025 and are read directly from each company's SEC filings; the source column on every row links to the document.
For banks and brokers, cash and equivalents includes reserves held at central banks and balances funded by customer deposits. It is cash on the balance sheet, but it is not a corporate cash reserve in the sense an industrial company's is — the two are not comparable, even though both are reported under the same line.
Beone Medicines (ONC) tops the list with $4.5B in cash for fiscal 2025, ahead of Chubb ($2.5B) and Garmin ($2.3B). The top 10 together report $16.6B in cash; the gap between #1 and #10 is ×13.19. 12 companies in Switzerland report cash, 0.4% of the 2832-filer universe. The last place on the list, Aebi Schmidt, comes in at $98.5M.
