For banks and brokers, cash and equivalents includes reserves held at central banks and balances funded by customer deposits. It is cash on the balance sheet, but it is not a corporate cash reserve in the sense an industrial company's is — the two are not comparable, even though both are reported under the same line.

JD.com (JD) tops the list with $19.7B in cash for fiscal 2025, ahead of Li Auto ($8.1B) and NetEase ($6.7B). The top 10 together report $51.3B in cash; the gap between #1 and #10 is ×13.24. 75 companies in China report cash, 2.6% of the 2832-filer universe. The last place on the list, Jowell Global, comes in at $2.7M.
