Royalty Pharma (RPRX) tops the list with 65.6% in operating margin for fiscal 2025, ahead of PTC Therapeutics (50.1%) and United Therapeutics (46.9%). Across the top 10, operating margin ranges from 65.6% down to 34.6%. 132 companies in Healthcare report operating margin, 8.9% of the 1486-filer universe. The last place on the list, Organon, comes in at 6.8%.
